I am Suman Saini. I am from Punjab, a province of India. I belong to a business class family. My father is a businessman, and my mother is a homemaker.
I have done my schooling from the CBSE board, which is the topmost education body in India. Since childhood, I was very fascinated by science subjects that were the main reason that I did my high school studies with science as a major subject. That is why I choose to engineer for my further education because I want to have core knowledge. Therefore, I selected Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication.
Later, I wanted to pursue my career in the corporate sector, so I decided to study business and as my interest grows in having my own business in future as my father has, I decided to do a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Human Resource Management. It was a great experience learning new things about the business world that is totally different from science.
After my master’s, I decided to go into the corporate sector and have a job so then I joined HDFC Bank Ltd, which is the top bank in India among all other banks as Assistant Manager. While working there I gained a lot of knowledge about management and administration works in banks along with that I have developed marketing and sales skills which are the core essential skill in the banking sector. To date, I am having banking experience of 4 years supporting retail branch banking with excellence in customer relationship management and customer service.
After having this much experience I decided to gain more knowledge about the business, so I planned to move to Canada for further studies. Now I am doing post-graduation in Information Technology business Analysis at Conestoga College. In Canada, I worked in many different companies like McDonald’s, TJX Canada, Dominos, Canadian Tier and along with that, I am working as a student ambassador for CSI in Conestoga College.
Now, I am looking at myself as a Business Analyst in an IT company after graduation in August 2022.

In my baking experience, I have polished my decision-making skills. I am an optimistic person, but yes, I always feel confident and happy when I win, it helps me in doing things with more passion. But If I lose then even I don’t feel sad, I always analyze the situation why I have lost, then find the right way that can make me win next time and I will take care of that and move on to the next opportunity.
I am very impatient about doing things quickly and finishing any type of task on a go. From doing household chores to job tasks. I like to complete things before giving time. Most of the time, it’s good that I finish my work early. Sometimes, I feel I can do with ease too

Additionally, I was a member of the Management Association at PTU University and have knowledge about the business world.
